Post his bachelor’s, Hardik Modi explored different facets of the F&B industry and Catering industry. Taking cognizance of the large gap in the available and desired caliber, quality, and hygiene in the catering sector, he envisioned a brand that would define luxury dining by combining the best cuisines with the highest service standards. In 2013, he pioneered the era of an organized catering business by adopting global best practices, hence Bansuri was born.
